Browsing sitters is always free. A Family plan unlocks messaging and booking. Each booking adds a 5% fee, charged only after a sitter accepts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Annual plans are paid once and end one year after purchase.

Both annual plans together (save $49), for members whose ID check and background check are approved.

Sitters can always list for free. If a payment fails, messaging and booking pause until the card is updated; bookings you've already paid for still go ahead.
